In order to design your showroom, you need to submit an accurate and detailed floorplan drawing of the showroom space. The drawing should include all exterior and interior walls with dimensions. Also locate any columns and include dimensions from adjacent walls. Identify the location of any object on the walls that cannot be moved, like A/C grills, thermostats, or any wall bump-outs (with measurements). Finally, any photos of the space would be helpful in ensuring your design is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
To ensure a quick and accurate showroom design, it is critical that your floorplan drawings are detailed and accurate. Any additional costs or associated delays or redesigns to your showroom, or problems with the fixtures not fitting in the space as a result of inaccurate floorplan drawings will be the responsibility of the Agent. Upon design layout approval from both Verizon and Agent, a 50% down payment is required to begin production on your design layout. At that time, SRC Fixtures will give you an estimated completion date, and if applicable, an estimated delivery and install date. The 50% balance on your order is due 7 days before your order leaves SRC Fixtures facilities.
